- Once your payment has cleared, we will e-mail you the License key of the software.

If you have not received the licensed key from us within 48 hours of completing your order, please check to see if our email was blocked or filtered by your spam management system. Make sure that any email from @netcoole.com will not get blocked, otherwise we may be unable to deliver the license information you have purchased. If you are unable to find any such email from us please contact sales@netcoole.com so we can have it resent.
We are finding that some customers do not receive the license key we send when the order is approved. This is usually because it has been blocked due to aggressive spam filtering. It seems that most spam filters regard anything pertaining to an online purchase or order as spam. Any decent filtering system will have a way to "white-list" certain email addresses or domains. We strongly recommend you white-list the domain from which we send all our email - netcoole.com.
Support
Free ONE Year technical support via EMAIL from the day that you get the licnese key of the product. The technical support only fixes the defect of the products, doesn't include how to modify the generated codes.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
